What are the shipping and return conditions?


newbutix.com sends orders from all over the world with free shipping via DHL. In your return / exchange requests, you can send it to us, provided that the (unconditional) return and exchange shipping cost is borne by the buyer. In order to benefit from this service, you must deliver the product to DHL company within 7 days after it reaches you. The product must be sent with all accessories and packaged as it is sent. When the product reaches us, our customers who have paid cash at the door or eft and money order, must fill in the Iban part in our return form. Customers who shop with Credit Card, Payment Link do not need to write their Iban numbers. İdadeler Cash at the door and eft-money order will be returned to the specified iban number, and the credit card will be returned to the bank of the credit card where the purchase is made, without any deduction.

* Products Damaged During Transportation


Products damaged during transportation should not be received and a report of the damage should be kept by the transport company. The product should not be returned due to small dents in the box or package, so as not to damage the product. However, it will be deemed that the transport company has fulfilled its duty after it is received by you. After the damage report of the unaccepted product is delivered to our store, our store will deliver the new product to you as soon as possible.

 

 

* Faulty Products


Please send an e-mail containing your invoice and order numbers to [email protected] by stating the errors of faulty products that are not noticed during delivery and occurred in practice. If your reason for return is deemed appropriate, after sending the invoice with the returned product to our store, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one;

 

 

I want to return the product I purchased, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product (s) you have purchased from newbutix.com, you can return it within seven (7) days after receipt, provided that you do not use it. In order for the return process to be made; It must be unused, undamaged, re-salable, the label undamaged, and the box and accessories shipped with it must not be damaged. Return / exchange of products that do not comply with the specified conditions cannot be performed. For Bundle (multiple products grouped together and sold at once) products cannot be returned individually, but all must be returned together.

The product / products you have requested for change are not reserved, after the control of the product / products you have sent for change, if the product you have requested is available in our stock, it is changed. If the product you have requested is not available in our stocks, you can be refunded to your credit card that you have purchased according to your request, or you can define a gift voucher as much as the amount to be returned, so you can use this gift voucher at any time on the site. After the product reaches us, your exchange process is made within 24 hours and your new orders are delivered to the cargo and your transaction is completed. Since our estimated delivery time is calculated on business days, the specified time does not include weekends and official holidays. The orders you have placed between these periods will be delivered to the cargo within the first business day.

How much will I have to pay for the return / exchange?

The shipping fee belongs to the Buyer for your shopping from newbutix.com and for your return / exchange transactions.

While making your shipments, you should give the customer number of newbutix as the buyer to the DHL Cargo branch in your country and submit your shipment as a file. For cargo that are not sent in this way, the extra shipping cost above the agreed amount belongs to the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
